Protest Against Nestle Killing Workers

in

Today Around 20 people protested loudly inside and outside Nestle New Zealands head office in downtown Auckland, not far from Parnell. The protest originally meant to occur in Newmarket took place down town in Nestle's brand new offices. Around 15 protesters went inside the offices and attempted to meet with management to express our anger at the murder of union leaders and members in the Phillipines and to show our solidarity with the 600 Filipino workers which have been on strike for seven years.

After managment refused to meet with us we began chanting slogans and handing out leaflets to people throughout the building before moving outside for speeches.

Re: Protest Against Nestle Killing Workers

Nestles also do useless vivisection on defenceless animals and I think they part own or are part owned by Loreal another scum company

Re: Protest Against Nestle Killing Workers

why were the police not there sooner to make arrests? there are at least 2 or 3 recognizable troublemakers amongst this lot

Re: Re: Protest Against Nestle Killing Workers

Go the troublemakers!

the cops were probably busy skulling milo and whacking off to videos of your mother

Re: Protest Against Nestle Killing Workers

Yeah, Nestle stuff also has Genetically Engineered ingredients, and products containing palm oil, for which MASSIVE areas of rainforest in Indonesia, Papua new Guinea and Malaysia are slashed and burnt to accomodate, along with Orangutans and other highly endangered species. Yip, NESTLE ARE SCUM.

Re: Protest Against Nestle Killing Workers

Nestle also have a research facility in Sderot, in the settler state of Israel occupying Palestine. Here they research all the food bars and nicknacks you find in the supermarkets. They all taste of blood.

Me too.

Re: Re: Protest Against Nestle Killing Workers

18 more to go. How about you focus on the problem New Zealand has before starting to try and be a caped-crusader around the world.

Re: Protest Against Nestle Killing Workers

Just a thought, perhaps the moderators could delete the idiotic comments of those trawling this site simply to keep tabs on people and actions? (such as the police) Or we could just ignore them i guess, both work...

Re: Protest Against Nestle Killing Workers

Is it so hard to connect the dots? Obviously this is one (among the many) problem(s) NZ has, if by consuming products we are causing, or at least sanctioning (whether by ignorance or not), terrible working conditions, repression, murder, environmental devastation etc. Should people die so we can drink coffee etc.?
